Artifact Reflection:
Reflect on this portfolio - It was slow going, but I learned so much. I took the basics that I learned with Craig and really ran with them. I'm extremely proud of the work that went into this portfolio. These past two years have really been an experience and going over each activity and lesson as I enter it into this portfolio reminds me of how much I've grown these past two years.

Rationale:
ISTE-TF.1 - This project shows an in-depth understanding of technology and operations. I used several pieces of information from all of my classes. I also put together a multi-page website.
|
| ISTE-TF.5 - I will use my knowledge from all of my courses to improve my professional practices at school. As soon as I finish this program I have a list of goals that I'd like to start in relation to changing or improving technology at my school such as, an online sign in for the computer labs. |

Course Reflection:
1. What new learning occurred for you in this course?
- I don't think I would say new learning occurred for me with this course. This course summarized all of the work I have completed during my two year program here at NLU. I was able to review and reflect on all of the things I have accomplished during my two and half years here. It also provided me with an opportunity to see how far I have come and to appreciate all of the efforts that I put into each and every one of these projects.
2. Indirectly, what did your students and/or other teachers learn from this course?
- I think they will learn many aspects of web design now that I have the time to share my new knowledge with them.
3. What did you learn that will help you address diverse student needs and promote equitable access to current technologies?
- I think I learned many ways to help students learned. One of the most important things I learned is the frustration you might feel when you can't get something. I now have a clearer understanding of that feeling and also an understanding of how to find another approach to deal with that frustration.
4. How would you design professional development for other teachers who are interested in expanding their knowledge and skills related to the goals of this course?
- I really believe my professional development would be about creating web pages since that is how I chose to present my portfolio. I would break down a web page for teachers and have about a week long sessions in the summer to help them create one webquests or web page they could use in the classroom.
5. How has this course enabled you to take a leadership role in your school or district?
- This course has enabled me to take a leadership role in my school by allowing me time to really learn the Dreamweaver program. I will now be helping the district tech team modify and improve the district web page.
